VISTA

i know you’re all still recovering from the abundance of adorable-ness in last time’s post, but i have some things to tell you so listen up! a couple days ago, i received an email announcing that i had been chosen for an internship with the only english-speaking magazine in florence “vista.” i had my meeting with the editor-in-chief today to see what kind of stuff i’d be working on—i told her i was interested in graphic design, photography, and editing (and that i could write as well if she needed me to), and we talked for about an hour about some ideas for stories with which i could possibly become involved. she even mentioned the possibility that i could get a cooking lesson + vino with the other interns from a chef in chianti! so stoked! in other news, we’ve begun playing the soccer tournament for the spring semester. with one championship win already in our possession from last semester, we have our title and pride to uphold. so far, we are 4-1, and tonight we play ruccelai, a team whose coach has been a real pain in our a$$es. they are going DOWN.
